Return Policy
2nd Street Beauty will accept exchanges within 90 days of original date of
purchase with proof of purchase. 2nd Street Beauty does not do cash or credit
card/atm refunds, 2nd Street beauty will issue store credits only. This store
credit can be used online or in-store. We do not honor any exchanges after 90
days from the original date of purchase
2nd Street Beauty may charge a restocking fee for all exchanges. This charge
is 15% on all items.
Shipping cost for returned items purchased on-line is the sole responsibility
of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If items are received damaged by the customer, it is the customer's
responsibility to notify 2nd Street Beauty within 5 days of receipt of shipment
in order to receive replacement merchandise. If customer does not notify 2nd
Street Beauty within the time frame outlined, replacement merchandise will not
be issued and a refund will not be made.

Shipping and Handling
Orders placed between Monday through Friday will be processed within 48 hours
and shipped via USPS, following credit card authorization. Orders
placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed the following
business day. Next day or express shipping is available at an additional charge.
Orders cannot be shipped to rural routes or PO boxes.
*Free shipping on minimum $100.00 order, applies to most orders.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO CANCELLATION AS WITH ONLINE ORDERS, THE ORDER IS PLACED
IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE ENSURE THE ACCURACY OF YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR
ORDER. IN AN EVENT THE CUSTOMER WISHES TO RETURN THE ITEM, PLEASE FOLLOW THE
RETURN POLICY ABOVE.

degree. 2nd Street Beauty utilizes a secure server to process orders. 2nd Street
Beauty in no way furnishes the information that has been provided by the
customer to any third party. All information is kept confidentially and is used
solely for the purpose of purchasing on line.
In no way are any of the products that are purchased at 2nd Street Beauty
allowed to be diverted. Please notify 2nd Street Beauty immediately if it is
found that someone is utilizing our website to illegally divert products. 2nd
Street Beauty will work closely with our fine manufacturers and authorities to
ensure this behavior is not accepted.
