2nd Street Beauty Return Policy
• 2nd Street Beauty will accept returns for 30 days after the date of purchase with a money back guarantee. If   items are returned after 30 days from the date of purchase, there will be no refund to the customer.
• 2nd Street Beauty charges a restocking fee for all returns. This charge is 15% on all returned items.
• 2nd Street Beauty accepts in-store returns on products purchased on-line.
• Shipping cost for returned items purchased on-line is the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If items are received damaged by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to notify 2nd Street Beauty   within 5 days of receipt of shipment in order to receive replacement merchandise. If customer does not notify 2nd   Street Beauty within the time frame outlined, replacement merchandise will not be issued and a refund will not be   made.

Shipping and Handling
Orders placed between Monday through Friday will be processed within 48 hours and shipped via Fed Ex Ground, following credit card authorization. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed the following business day. Next day or express shipping is available at an additional charge. Orders cannot be shipped to rural routes or PO boxes.
